HOW TO BOOK?

Please use our booking form above, enter the departure address, destination, date, number of passengers and luggages. The form calculates the price automatically by offering you 4 ranges: Economical, Business, Van and First. Choose your range and follow the instructions. HOW TO KNOW IF MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the summary of your order. On the day of the service you receive a first SMS informing you that your driver is on road, and a second SMS informing you of his arrival at the pick-up adress. Please provide a valid phone number when booking.

HOW TO PAY?

We offer two payment methods: Choose to pay later the driver. (Booking by e-mail) Or Pay immediately by credit card via Stripe’s secured portal. Please note that Airport transfer Paris are a flat rate, the price is fixed in advance at the time of booking, you control completely your budget.

MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED

You will not have to pay extra for the airport transfer Paris, the schedule of our drivers is connected to the application of the adp in order to follow the information of the flights in real time, the schedule is adjusted automatically. As a result, the driver will arrive at the airport when your flight landed. He will be waiting for you with a sign in your name at arrival level, just outside the customs. Please check your flight number when booking.

CAN I BOOK A DRIVER FOR IMMEDIATE RIDE?

In order to guarantee a quality service (clean vehicle, driver available and on time, etc.) the reservation must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

I HAVE AN UNEXPECTED AND I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION

Cancellation is free until 2 hours before the pick-up time. No fee will be charged. To cancel you can either log in to your account and cancel your reservation, it will be taken into account immediately, or send us an email at booking@andromide.com specifying your order number.
